Full-Stack Software Engineer
Ayoub Taoufik
I turn complex workflows into products people can actually use.
I work across the product surface and the systems behind it: customer journeys, operational tooling, integrations, transactional paths, AI-enabled workflows, and the delivery practice that keeps them connected.
01
Complex workflows, made usable
I shape multi-step customer and team work into clear product paths, without losing the operational rules that make them work.
02
Systems behind the product
I build the integration, payment, and operational paths that support the experience without leaking their complexity into it.
03
AI features built into the product
I build AI features, the tools they use, and the surrounding system—from product integration and testing to guardrails and delivery.

Working method
Engineering practice, not a handoff
From system boundaries before implementation to the operational work required after release.
01 · Before implementation
Make the operating model explicit
I write design specifications before implementation so product paths, system boundaries, and delivery work can be reviewed before code makes them expensive to change.
02 · In the critical paths
Treat reliability as product work
I use idempotency, bounded retries, durable handoffs, and clear operational boundaries where payments, providers, and queued work meet.
03 · After release
Build for diagnosis
I work with observability across web, API, scheduled work, and queues while keeping personally identifiable information out of logs.
Technical range
Technology organised by the work it supports
Tools are useful here because they explain the product and operational surfaces I can work across—not as a logo wall.

Career snapshot
Breadth built through product delivery
From product systems and integrations to founding work, AI-enabled workflows, and operational delivery.
Now
Cofounder and product builder
At Clinavi, I work in a small founding team across architecture, product decisions, backend and frontend, infrastructure, and security controls for a medical-practice platform in pilot.
2025 — present
Full-stack engineer and technical lead
On a travel-commerce platform, I lead the roadmap and technical meetings while owning end-to-end product verticals and the operational paths around them.
2023 — 2026
Product and systems engineering at Terros
I built restaurant, workspace, booking, and operational-management products—and co-built an AI-native business-application platform with the team.

I’m open to software engineering and technical-lead opportunities, as well as selected project proposals where product judgment, full-stack delivery, and complex systems matter.
